I have passively protected my network using DNS filtering to block sites that are serving spyware, including scam and spam sites. So everytime the cookie is requested from the sites, you whole blog gets blocked... apparently. or was silently blocked by giving me a DNS error where it should have presented me a block page which I told it to do. So now, I can access your site since the cookie is no longer being set to my network.
